Randy Murray recently took little more than an iPad on a business trip:
“I traveled with just my iPad…I also took a Bluetooth keyboard…my Moleskine notebook, my pens, a couple of recent copies of the New Yorker, and not much else.
The age of the laptop may be coming to a close.”
Having recently attended meetings with my iPad and keyboard dock, I can attest to the effectiveness of that setup. The iPad hasn’t replaced a laptop for me, but it can accomplish 80% of what I need to do while traveling.
